Book a seat

Pick a published trip, tell us your dog and your pickup address, and pay. You'll see a broad pickup window right away.

Get your time

After the booking cutoff we plan one sensible shared route — a human approves it. Your confirmed pickup time lands the evening before.

Adventure day

The handler collects your dog at the door and runs the day. You get a status update at every step, without asking.

Home, happy, tired

Dogs are dropped back home along the route. You get the heads-up when the van is close, and a note when your dog is home.

What we believe

A field-trip bus, not ride-hailing.

Scheduled, not on-demand

Trips are published in advance with fixed capacity. Routing happens once, after cutoff — so every promise we make is one we can keep.

Honest timing

We never promise a minute we don't yet know. An estimated window is labelled as one; a confirmed time is a commitment.

A human approves every route

Software drafts the pickup order; a person reviews and releases it. And once released, your time doesn't get reshuffled.

Good questions.

When do I know my pickup time?

You see a broad pickup window when you book. After the booking cutoff we plan the shared route, and your confirmed pickup time arrives the evening before the trip. Once confirmed, it doesn't move except in genuine exceptions — and then we tell you.

How many dogs ride together?

Eight seats per van, every dog on its own booking. Trips are small on purpose: one handler can genuinely watch, walk and water eight dogs. When a trip is full, it's full.

What happens at pickup?

The handler arrives in your confirmed window, collects your dog at the door, and taps the pickup in the app — that's your notification. Have your dog leashed and ready; the van keeps a schedule for everyone on board.

Can I book on this website?

No — this site is the brochure, not the bus ticket. Booking, dog profiles, addresses and payments all live in the app, so your pickup promise and live updates stay in one place. Until we launch, register your interest and we'll come to you first.

Where do you operate?

Cape Town, starting with one van and a defined pickup area on the southern side of the city. If you're outside the current area, tell us where you are — new suburbs open as routes prove out.
